DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Detailed furniture and partition layouts
  • Identify location of all workstations
  • Identify power, telephone and data requirements for workstations and general areas
  • Establish equipment sizes and electrical requirements
  • Select furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) Specifications
  • Select lighting
  • Selection of artwork and signage
  • Prepare and present presentation materials/presentation boards
  • Prepare preliminary finish and furniture specifications
  • Coordination with other trades/consultants

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

  • Prepare approved finish and furniture specifications
  • Prepare finish and furniture legends/schedules
  • Prepare furniture plans
  • Coordination of all furniture with selected furniture dealer
  • Coordination of electrical, telephone, and data locations
  • Complete construction drawings (if required)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

  • Review bids with clients and make recommendations (if necessary)
  • Review and approve all finishes submitted by the Contractor

  • Review shop drawings of millwork or any other specialty materials
  • Coordination/location of artwork and signage
