- Select lighting
- Selection of artwork and signage
- Prepare and present presentation materials/presentation boards

- Review and approve all finishes submitted by the Contractor
- Attend all project meetings
- Visit the field, when necessary, to maintain design intent
- Review shop drawings of millwork or any other specialty materials
- Coordination/location of artwork and signage
- On-site furniture coordination
- Coordinate punch lists with required trades
