The inventive design of this new, 125,000 square foot public broadcasting facility involves modernizing a variety of spaces within the facility including the Main Lobby and public spaces where visitors can come in for guided tours of the studio; Broadcasting Studio, Green Rooms, Editing and Production Studios, open works areas, CEO Office, Executive and Administrative Offices. State commissioned artwork throughout the building includes brightly illuminated neon art incorporated with various televisions streaming live telecasts, which gives the passer-bys on the street a true sense of this high-tech broadcasting facility.
