The relocation of Sunshine Biscuits from New York City to this 47,000 square foot World Headquarters in Woodbridge, New Jersey, is a true, innovative open-plan design. Corridors along the windows enable exterior circulation, with glass-front offices located at the core of the floor, and workstations along the perimeter allow for the greatest diffusion of natural light. By blending new and pre-existing high end restored furnishings, the CEO, Executive Offices and Boardroom, planned along the windows, are designed with a classic traditional look. The design solution enabled every Sunshine employee to receive a little bit of sunshine—natural, interior light.
